Following this unforgettable encounter with ancient history, the group will proceed to an Indian restaurant where a delightful lunch awaits, offering familiar flavors and a chance to relax and recharge. As evening descends,

you will be taken to witness the iconic Light and Sound Show near the Pyramids of Giza. CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA - CAIRO (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, the day unfolds with an excursion to Alexandria, a captivating Mediterranean port city steeped in history and legend. Once a dazzling center of learning and culture during the Hellenistic era, Alexandria was renowned for its monumental lighthouse—one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World—and its famed library that drew scholars from every corner of

the ancient world.

The journey through Alexandria begins with a visit to the hauntingly beautiful Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, an extraordinary blend of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman architectural styles. These underground burial chambers tell silent stories of a bygone era, showcasing intricate carvings and unique funerary art.

Next, the majestic Fort Qaitbey stands proudly on the site where the legendary Lighthouse of Alexandria once guided sailors to shore. Built in the 15th century, this seaside  fortress  offers  sweeping  views  of  the Mediterranean and a tangible sense of Alexandria’s strategic maritime importance through the ages.

Nearby, Pompey's Pillar rises from the ruins of the ancient city, a towering Roman triumphal column that has withstood centuries of time and change. The Roman Amphitheatre follows, an archaeological gem where echoes of ancient performances still seem to linger in the air.

The day’s exploration reaches its intellectual and cultural zenith at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. CAIRO – ASWAN - CRUISE (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

After having a packed breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Aswan. Upon your arrival in Aswan, you will be warmly welcomed and assisted by our representative. Your exploration of Aswan begins immediately with a visit to the impressive High Dam, a

marvel of modern engineering that controls the waters of the Nile and provides electricity to much of Egypt. Following this, you will visit the enchanting Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, which stands as a stunning example of ancient Egyptian architecture and devotion.

After completing your sightseeing, you will proceed to check in to your Nile cruise before lunch. Take some time to relax and enjoy the facilities on board. Dinner will be served on the cruise, where you will spend the night, surrounded by the tranquility of the Nile.

CRUISE (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

A packed breakfast will be arranged as we set off early in the morning for an excursion to the iconic Abu Simbel. This remarkable site features two colossal rock temples carved into the mountainside, located in a small village within the Aswan Governorate of Upper Egypt, near the border with Sudan. The temples are positioned on the western

bank of Lake Nasser, approximately 230 kilometers southwest of Aswan, and about 300 kilometers away by road. These ancient wonders form a crucial part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "Nubian Monuments", which stretches from Abu Simbel all the way to Philae near Aswan, celebrating the architectural and cultural grandeur of the region.

After exploring the majestic beauty and historical significance of Abu Simbel, we return to our cruise where a delicious lunch awaits. The journey continues as we begin sailing towards Kom Ombo. Here, we will explore the fascinating Temple of Kom Ombo, a unique double temple that honors two gods — Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, also known as Horus the Elder. This temple stands as a testament to ancient Egyptian devotion and architectural brilliance.

Following our visit, the cruise sails onward to Edfu. As the day winds down, a buffet dinner will be served onboard, offering a delightful variety of dishes. We spend the night aboard the cruise, docked in Edfu, surrounded by the serene waters of the Nile and the mystique of ancient history.

CRUISE (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

After enjoying a delightful breakfast on board, we set out to explore the magnificent Temple of Edfu, one of the best-preserved shrines of ancient Egypt, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. This grand temple, with its towering columns and intricate hieroglyphs, offers a fascinating glimpse into the religious and cultural life of the ancient Egyptians.

Following the temple visit, we return to the cruise where a sumptuous buffet lunch awaits, offering a variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. As the cruise continues its journey, we approach the Esna Lock, an important passage on the Nile. Crossing the lock is an interesting experience, as the cruise slowly rises or lowers to match the river's levels before continuing onward.

The sail then carries us toward Luxor, a city steeped in ancient history and grandeur. As evening falls, a lavish buffet dinner is served on board, allowing you to relax and indulge while soaking in the serene beauty of the Nile. The night is spent on the cruise, docked in Luxor, promising more wonders to come the next day.

CRUISE – LUXOR - HURGHADA (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

After a hearty breakfast, the day begins with an exploration of the historic West Bank of Luxor. The journey starts with a visit to the majestic Colossi of Memnon—two towering statues that have stood guard for thousands of years, echoing the grandeur of ancient Thebes. These monumental figures, carved from single blocks of stone, are remnants of what was once a vast mortuary temple dedicated to Amenhotep III.

Continuing through the arid yet mesmerizing landscape, we arrive at the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari. Nestled against the cliffs of the Theban mountains, this temple stands as a testament to the ambition and vision of Egypt’s most powerful female pharaoh. The harmony of its architecture, blending seamlessly with the natural rock formations, is both awe-inspiring and serene.

The adventure deepens as we enter the Valley of the Kings, a sprawling necropolis that houses the tombs of ancient Egypt’s greatest rulers. Walking through these elaborately decorated chambers, one can almost feel the presence of history—stories of kings, gods, and the journey to the afterlife etched into the very walls.

First, we explore Karnak Temple, a sprawling site that once served as the spiritual center of ancient Egypt. From there, we head to the majestic Luxor Temple, beautifully lit by the afternoon sun. Connected to Karnak by the ancient Avenue of Sphinxes, Luxor Temple exudes elegance and grandeur, offering insights into the pharaohs’ rituals and celebrations of divine power.

As the day draws to a close, we bid farewell to Luxor and embark on a comfortable transfer to Hurghada, where the

desert gives way to the vibrant shores of the Red Sea. Upon arrival, we settle in for a well-deserved dinner and look forward to a restful overnight stay in this coastal haven.

HURGHADA (BREAKFAST – LUNCH - DINNER)

After a delightful breakfast, set off for an extraordinary underwater adventure with the submarine tour in Hurghada.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we set off on our journey from the coastal city of Hurghada, making our way back to the vibrant capital, Cairo. The drive offers a

chance to reflect on the serene beauty of the Red Sea before transitioning into the bustling energy of the city. Upon arrival in Cairo, the afternoon allows for some rest or personal exploration before the evening unfolds with a visit to the iconic Khan El Khalili bazaar. As the sun sets, the market comes alive with its rich blend of sights, sounds, and scents—an unforgettable experience steeped in history and culture. After immersing ourselves in the charm of this centuries-old marketplace, we conclude the day with a delightful dinner, followed by an overnight stay in Cairo.

You will be transferred to Cairo International Airport in time to board your onward flight to Kolkata. As your journey in Egypt comes to a close, all necessary arrangements will be made to ensure a smooth and timely departure. Upon reaching the airport, you will complete the check-in formalities and proceed towards your designated boarding gate, carrying with you the memories and experiences gathered during your travels.

Package Cost Excludes:

GST & TCS Charges:

  • 5% GST on the total tour cost (including tips and any optional tours) is payable in Kolkata, in Indian currency, in favor of Travelixa Pvt. Ltd.
  • A 5% TCS is applicable on the total foreign exchange component (including GST) as per prevailing regulations up to the date of travel. If the total forex amount within a financial year (April 2025) is ₹10 lakhs or less, this amount can be adjusted with your income tax If the forex amount exceeds ₹10 lakhs, a 20% TCS will be charged on the excess amount.

Additional Expenses Not Included:

  • RT-PCR test costs (both in India and abroad) if

    • The tour itinerary and package cost are subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances before or during the tour.
    • Any increase or decrease in costs due to airline policies, IATA regulations, visa fees, exchange rate fluctuations (ROE), or other external factors at the time of final payment and departure will be applicable.
    • The package pricing is based on the rates as of April 1, 2025, and may be revised based on changes in airfare, taxes, visa charges, medical insurance premiums, or any related expenses.

Payment Policy:

  • Booking Advance: A registration amount of ₹ 50,000 per person (subject to change) is required at the time of booking. This must be accompanied by signed copies of the Passport and PAN card.
  • Interim Payment: An additional ₹50,000 per person must be paid 90 days before the departure date.
  • Foreign Exchange Payment: The foreign exchange component, converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate (Interbank Rate + Corporate Remittance Charge), must be paid at least 60 days before travel.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total tour cost must be fully paid 30 days before the departure date.
